You should be open-minded when you listen to this cd. There is not much other music that you could compare it to. Maybe one track will make you think of Genesis and another of Pat Metheny. That’s all I can think of.
In the 1980s I started writing and performing my own compositions on guitar. Soon I couldn’t resist the temptation to play other instruments and over the years I played with various groups on very many different instruments. In 2018 I returned to the guitar. I wrote new material but no longer compositions as in the ’80s. Now I tend to play more ambient soundscapes with a lot of space for improvisation. With the use of a loop pedal I can also play flutes at the same time.
All the tracks on this cd are included in my solo live performances, but the cd features some guest musicians, because I like playing with others and I wanted to give this cd a little extra. Enjoy!
